South Gloucestershire Music Hub would like to let you know about two important events happening locally involving South Gloucestershire musicians.
South Gloucestershire Music Hub Gala Concert
Colston Hall, Sunday 11 March 2018 at 4.00 pm
This will be our final performance in the Colston Hall before it closes for refurbishment for a couple of years. Every young musician who attends our music centre ensembles will perform and this year we are collaborating to make up two large orchestras. Ten primary schools will also join up to create a massed primary schools choir. In all over 600 performers will provide you a marvellous showcase of excellent music making.
South Gloucestershire and Bath and North East Somerset Combined Symphony Orchestra Concert
Wiltshire Music Centre, Bradford on Avon, Saturday April 14TH at 7.30 pm
This will be the third joint performance by the orchestras and this year will feature Dvorak’s famous “ New World Symphony”
