Our service leads

Kevin FordHead of Service
Kevin is a chartered member of the IWFM and is IOSH qualified. He joined Integra originally as Operations Director, moving to Head of Service in 2018. Kevin is committed to delivering a high quality, customer focussed service, whilst driving internal improvements and efficiencies across all service areas. He also maintains responsibility for the operational elements of Integra.
Jo Briscombe – Interim Lead School ImprovementMaxine Winter - Interim Lead School Support
Following some structural reviews and along with the impacts of Covid-19, our schools lead roles have been split to address and support these challenges. In this interim period Jo and Maxine are jointly managing the teams supporting our schools, ensuring we keep a focus on improving outcomes for all children, including the most vulnerable.
Jo McCaffertyHR Schools Lead
Jo is a CIPD Fellow who has led global HR teams and has a detailed knowledge of employment law and HR best practice, as well as project management, communications and leadership. Jo uses her experience on national skills councils, curriculum and quality groups to advise and partner schools, finding innovative solutions to maintain and raise standards.
Andreas BurtIT Strategy Manager
Andreas has more than twenty years’ experience developing and managing IT systems across the private and public sector. For the past ten years he has been working in the education sector, leading strategic development of IT structures and systems, including e-learning platforms that are accessible to a multitude of users anytime, anywhere.
Mark StuartFinance Business Partner
Mark is a Chartered Accountant with experience from the commercial and non-profit sectors and a passion for working for organisations that make a difference to people’s lives. He provides financial expertise to support the continued growth and development of Integra. He is also Chair of the Board of SHAL Housing which provides affordable housing in the Bridgwater area.
