Behaviour Support

Our Behaviour Support Service is delivered by a specialist, multi-disciplinary team who are experts in supporting schools and families to address the needs of vulnerable children and young people. We work with you to improve the engagement, attendance and learning outcomes of children at risk of exclusion, disengaged from education or with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Our team can help you to evaluate, develop and embed your whole school policy, practice and approach to behaviour. We work in partnership with school staff, parents, carers and agencies to increase capacity to support young people and families, which ultimately meets your pupils’ needs more effectively and helps young people, in all phases, achieve their potential.

Our support for pupils includes:

  • Using evidence based tools to observe and analyse behaviour
  • Creating plans and personalised learning
  • Working developmentally with individuals to achieve outcomes
  • Working with groups of pupils with a similar need, for example, transition and relationship work
  • Creating resources including individual behaviour and sensory plans
  • Early and pro-active intervention, for example to improve self-regulation and resilience
  • Delivery of interventions including Lego therapy, drawing and talking therapy, Theraplay approaches and emotional regulation work
  • Transition support for individuals or groups on entry to school, changing year groups, or moving to another school.

Our service has different levels of subscription providing a number of visits spread over three terms. You will have a dedicated team member for all levels of subscription. Package sizes are:
