We offer a telephony system for maintained schools and academies that allows you to use a host of features on individual telephone numbers, without the need to pay capital costs for expensive PBX switchboard systems or ongoing maintenance contracts. Internal calls are free of charge which includes other South Gloucestershire schools and academies on the Centrex system and to the main council sites.
We also provide full-service support, including initial set up, faults and ongoing advice. The system can also include voice mail, UCD and auto attendant services at competitive prices.
The service includes:
- individual telephone numbers for each line to dial in and out, transfer calls, pick up calls and other features
- free Internal calls to other schools with the same system and to council offices
- flexibility to add and remove features when required
- a dedicated helpdesk available for support
- Four hour response time with our network provider on any faults.
