Our cleaning management team have over 30 years’ experience of working across a range of industry sectors. All our staff are DBS checked, trained to British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) standards and use only BICS cleaning methods to deliver a high quality service. We work with you to provide a cost-effective cleaning solution to suit your specific site needs, whether that’s ongoing daily cleaning, or one-off specialist emergency and deep cleaning requirements. Our current clients include schools, social housing, district councils and corporate businesses.

If you’re looking for a new commercial cleaning contractor for your office, school or commercial premises, we can work with you to ensure you get a professional and competitively priced cleaning service. We also provide operational daily term-time and periodic holiday cleaning services of school buildings tailored to your needs.

  • All our DBS checked staff are overseen and managed by a dedicated area manager who is responsible for all staffing, service quality and delivery
  • We also supply and maintain all our own cleaning equipment, as well as the materials required to deliver our service
  • To ensure we are health and safety complaint

We offer a package to help with the appointment, induction and training of caretaking and cleaning staff your school, academy or establishment. This package can be tailored to your individual needs, including participation in the interview process, initial training process and support in the continuous development of caretakers and cleaners. Areas include:

  • training of staff in preparation for BICSc certification and assessment
  • working together with your caretaker and cleaners to review your existing service provision, sharing best practice and designing a safer, more productive and effective cleaning service
  • audits and quality inspections to carry out monitoring inspections of your cleaning process, whether this is an in house service, or through another supplier / contractor.

In addition to our core cleaning offer, our specialist cleaning services teams also deliver a wide range of industrial and technical cleaning, including refurbishment and restorative services. These services are provided on a one off quoted price, or a pay as you go basis and cover:

  • floor renovation /ongoing maintenance and refurbishment
  • graffiti removal and litter picking
  • deep cleaning for commercial kitchens
  • school holiday deep cleans
  • fire and flood damage clearance
  • carpet & upholstery cleaning
  • line marking – internal surfaces
  • window cleaning
  • high level cleaning of assembly and sports halls
  • builder cleans following any site works undertaken
  • house clearances and end of tenancy cleans.

Additional support services

Key holding and alarm response
We partner with a fully accredited third party company to provide you with an alarm response 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. All security officers are accredited members of the Security Industry Authority and are subject to an extensive vetting procedure in line with the British Security Industry Association BS 7858.

Cleaning advisory service
As part of our advisory services to those schools who have a cleaning contractor with another supplier, or employ their staff directly, there are a number of support services they can access through our dedicated helpline. Professional and technical feedback includes:

  • advice on equipment and chemical purchasing
  • cleaning related COSHH/H&S advice
  • advice and support with H&S including risk assessments, COSHH documentation, site specifications, method statements and training records
  • specialist equipment repair and purchasing advice
  • location evaluation of cleaning standards, staff productivity and training requirements
  • quality / stop checks on the standard of cleaning being delivered, or as part of supporting evidence for an ongoing review / audit of your cleaning and how it could be improved.
