We provide a comprehensive package to co-ordinate and administer conferences and seminars on your behalf. We handle the booking, registration, delegate communication, evaluation and invoicing processes so that you can focus on delivering the key aims of your conferences. We supply and print your badges with your logo or design generated directly from our database of delegates. We are able to promote your conferences to a wide audience within the South West region using our online system, news and twitter feeds.

What we offer

  • We provide an online conference information and booking system for your conference.
  • We will search out the right venue within the region for your event, research availability and costs and deal with booking, contracts and ongoing liaison to ensure the venue delivers what you require.
  • We book all your catering requirements for the day and ensure the venue is set out to meet your needs.
  • We send delegate joining instructions and any pre-course information you provide.
  • We manage delegates booking onto your separate identified workshops as well as the main conference event.
  • We provide signing in lists, delegate badges, attendance certificates (if required) and reception staff to greet your delegates on the day.
  • We can liaise with South Gloucestershire Design and Print for all kinds of collateral materials from simple information sheets to full conference guides and delegate folders.
  • Alternatively if you have your own materials or publicity to give to delegates we will collate, package and transport your items to the event and ensure they are distributed at registration or during your event.
  • We send follow up information to all delegates according to your requirements.
  • We can provide an evaluation to include your own questions and an analysis of delegate feedback.
  • We can invoice your delegates providing you with one payment, keeping you updated throughout with reports of who has registered and what fees have been collected.
  • For an extra cost we can organise an exhibition of up to 50 exhibitors of your choice.
